Most likely your sliding motor borke. Test it on Service Manual 23-273
If will be cheaper if you can find a used passenger seat witht the same color and just replace the whole seat. If not, replace just the motor, but it will be lot's of work.
Is this a sudden thing? Was it working a short time ago?
Check Fuses first. Fuse #22 in the main fuse box.
I have not had to replace a slider motor, but I have done a few recline motors. Funny how they seem to be on the passenger side mostly. Maybe lack of use.
Starting on Page 23-270 in the Electrical section of the service manual has it all laid out for you.
