Have any of you polished or painted your stock exhaust shroud, Mine looks almost galvinized, Was thinking about painting it a matte black, What do you think?

You can polish it up. I did before I picked up my ARK. I wet sanded it first with very fine sand paper and stepped it down to the finest I could find. Then used some Mothers and the results were nice. Took a long time :frown: It would look good flat black just get high temp paint.

i had mine polished in a tumbler, look for someone who does ceramic coating that's who did mine - for 30 bucks! Its like 80 percent of the shine - 5% of the time/cost
