Depends. Go talk to a reputable body shop in your area.
I just had my OEM 02+ side skirts and door inserts painted for $600. Obviously price does depend on location and body shop themselves. Add the rear valance and I think you are looking right around $800 total give or take.
The man to ask is pbassjo. He is to bodywork as you are to tires. My guess is around $1K.
