Having only 12 PMs in my box it showed as full; therefore not allowing anyone else to send me a PM untill I deleted the existing messages. Is there a way to increase the number of PMs we can have before we need to start deleting them,12 seems to be to small an amount.

Yes its editable by the administrator. PMs take up very little space on the server, so i'm not sure why its set to such a small amount. I'd be willing to believe its actually an error on your end, Miami. My acct is showing "You have 0 unread messages and 142 total messages in all your folders". I'm trying to figure out how its possible for you to only have 12 and show full. Did you get that number from the main page?

I had 12 in there when a new PM was rejected

Everybody is set to have up to 250 total PMs (in box and sent box combined). Check your Sent folder and clean that out.

Armando - Your view was set to only show PMs sent or received in the last 30 days. On the top left of the PM page is a drop-down menu letting you select how far back you want to see your PMs. Set it to "from the beginning" and you will see all of them.

Also please check your e-mail.
