Fujitsubo Super TI (installed this week)

Its the quitest exhaust system which I had installed over the years, but also the most expensive.
During driving with low rpm's, it sound like OEM.
Than its getting more agressive, but not as much as I thought

There is still a small noise hearable from the rear header heat shield, think I have to remove it.
I have think about to use that setup for 2024 season or change against the GRF ex001 (Procar screamer)

Thinking of a similar setup so I dont get banned from race tracks - 95dBA is the highest limit usually (for example on the Nordschleife, or most race tracks in France) and my current setup with Toda Ti is way above that. Also cities around here are starting to install noise radars, with automatic fines :(
Do you think that Fujitsubo Super Ti is quieter than the RFY GT4 Ti silent version ? (this one: http://www.rf-yamamoto.com/NSXexhaust/7.html ) - the vids from RFY show the non-silent version at 100dBA..

After 31 years, I had to replace my left door lock assy because of several clacking noises after opening or closing.
I wanna say many thanks to Prime member Old Guy, who gave me good advices and finally the motivation for that work, even with the risk, that the final alignment of the side window after installation could be a pain.

Finally it ended as a DIY job within 4 hours without any issues, because I started first after I was prepared for each step.
I could do each day again, that kind of chirurgical work makes fun....no pain for me.

The door lock assy has country specific (different) part numbers, in my case 72150-SL0-G13 was the matching number.
Even a german Honda workshop wasnt able to gave and order me the matching part number, G02 was wrong and the parts were already discontinued. Also the price of 718 Euro was unacceptable high.......but usual for Germany, because we support the Honda world market.

The new assy came new with an additional plastic cover for dust protection, finally there was no need for any new clips, because they were preinstalled already, except the clip from the rod to the cylinder.

Glad that this clip with a simple design was like new at my old unit and the new rod slided in tight.
Good, because no parts catalogue showed me that clip and the matching part number.
(04721-SL0-000 is different)

The year ended with receiving a very special part from Japan.
German parts catalogue shows price, which is 2.5x higher, but who cares, because that part is not available....discontined

Its the power door lock assy for the passenger side. NSX 1992 (KG)
# 72110-SL0-G13

After I had installed a new power door lock assy for the driver side 2 months before, I noticed that the other side doesnt work perfect too. Sometimes it makes an extra clacking noise.

Its a very rare part number, looks like Honda Japan stocked that part for many years.
production date: 28.03.1995

There is more plastic protection on that parts than the original 1992 parts.
Interesting to see how Honda refined some parts into the earlier years.

some more Procar cf parts just came out from the production.
This is the alternator belt cf cover and the cf centerconsole incl ashtray cover for the OEM radio.

Good to have some spare parts here......

We could fix our brake light and brake lamp issue. (which seems to be very common)
These both warning lights stayed on after engine start (If the handbrake was engaged before)
At german NSX models (KG), you have to press the brake pedal, than the brake lamp warning light into the triangular display
disappears.....if all is working right.
At some other NSX specs in other countries it seems that this light disappears after some seconds, without touching the brake pedal.

First of all we checked the master cylinder fluid level an the function of the level check, no issue.

Second we removed all taillight bulbs (we have only 2 brakelights instead of 4) and replaced them against new Honda OEM Stanley bulbs. Finally without success.

Than we removed the NSX-R NA2 JDM taillights and checked the both sensors for the brake light warning light.
These sensors are not the same as we can buy actually, both sides are identical.
They were fine but we decided not to install them at their original places at the backside of the taillights, we installed them at the inner wall of the trunk. So we have good access for the future within 2 minutes without removing the taillights.

Than we checked the wirings and connectors, nothing wrong with them.....all like new.

Finally we decided the remove the instrument panel and check all components.
The Procar NSX was a triangular display with 6 warning lights and 9 pin connector this is very rare (NSX92 area code KG).

We have another one in stock which has 7 warning lights and a 11 pin connector. (extra warning light for seatbelts)
This parts are discontinued already.

Finally we found out, that the green circuit board for RPM (left side) had an issue.
We replaced that part.....good that we have some specific spares......incl. our NSX-R NA2 shift light conversion kit.

We tested other spare circuit boards too, all were fine
So all electronic gremlins are gone on our car......without spending money.

As you can see, we have lot of circuit boards in stock, they can be used as parts carrier into the future.
We also have some of our unique shift light kits in stock (Works with the JDM NA2R 02+ dials kit only)

We will have a nice weekend .-))
