Sure it will! HP will always increase when it’s wet because the density of the cardboard increases, which means the air is thicker in the cardboard. The buyer, who complained about it not working, is thick. That’s proof enough; water (on the brain) is thicker.
Works even better when wet with thicker cardboard, loads more bids, um, I mean HP.
