Replacement tires for a 91

I have a 91 nsx that needs new rubber all around.
Any tire recommendations?
Where to buy?
Who to mount & balance?
Alignment?
I am in the Tampabay area!

Make sure to check the condition of the wheels before they take the old ones off because if they are not experienced or have the right machine they will scratch the rims for sure.
