Retrosound HU, could this be the perfect retrofit?

I've been working on upgrading my stereo in the NSX for the past few weeks and found something by Retrosound that seems like it would integrate well with the factory center console provided you cover the extra gaps with a plate behind the console.

Now do I ditch modifying my center console for my Alpine 9833 or go with this HU and buy external processing for my amps?

please dont put that yuck in your nsx. go with the alpine h/u and the new dash, you wont regret it.

Im gathering parts for a different approach.
HDradio tuner,
1/2 Din or surface mount EQ
MS Zune for mp3/ podcast playback.

No dash cutting is my intentions.

Im already running an Alpine amp, Boston Acoustic componenets and bazooka base tube thru the OEM HU now.

thats stuff is made for 1950's buicks etc. the amount of work needed to make it fit is the same as for a new radio. do it once, do it right.

If you don't want to cut the dash, then I suggest buying an aftermarket dash already cut out..... or I guess I'm missing the point?????
