There are no official information for all the members in the Puget sound region.
However, I volunteer to take over the mailing list, I send out email once or twice per month to those who subscribed in order to keep them updated on upcoming events. Some of them are from BC and Oregon.
I'm not sure if anyone from the mailing list is from Bellingham. We did met one owner from Bellingham couple years ago in a group drive to Vancouver BC. It was a red one. But I rarely seen him post on nsxprime now.
