If you like the 3M line, or they are readily available in your area. I would start with 3M Perfect-It Foam Polishing Pad Glaze Swirl Mark Remover (dark color #39009 or light color #39109 cars). If that doesn't do it, then step up to 3M™ Perfect-It™ II Fine Cut Rubbing Compound - liquid #39002. Once the scratches are gone, or as good as you can get them, step back down to the Polish again, and finish up with your wax/sealant of choice.
With any of these compounding and polishing products, make sure you use a random orbit buffer/polisher with a foam bonnet. Also make sure the paint surface and the bonnet are clean and free of dust or dirt, and that you work in a protected area (garage) where no dust is being stirred up by the wind or a fan.
If you accidently let the polishing bonnet touch the gound at all, replace it with a clean bonnet. Just one grain of sand on a bonnet can add more scratches than you are trying to remove. Its nothing to freak about, just something to keep in mind as your working.
