Dali Racing SmartShift-Anyone use it? Difficult to install and set-up? How do you like it? Assuming normal reaction times and street driving, what rpm do you set it for?

Easy install. Directions are included by Dali. It only involves removing center speaker trim and center storage box.
It should take no more than 30min.

There are Dip switches to set rpm. I left mine as it comes; I think the default is 7800.

Default is 7800. I set mine at 7600 for a cushion. Plus I have the beep. The audible alert is great.
