Hello-Everytime I turn on my radio, I get a load "Pop" coming from my speaker(s). I also get a siren like nose from time to time. It sounds like a siren going up and down in volume (very high pitch). I also have notice that the center speaker between the seats is not working. Has anyone had a the same problem(s)?

THANKS

Popping, drumming, buzzing and the siren sounds are very common when the amps fail. The little speaker between the seats is driven by the amp that drives the passenger foot well speaker. So if you have no sound from that speaker the foot well amp is dead.

You would have known all about this if you had looked in the NSX FAQ (answers to Frequently Asked Questions). You can access it by clicking on the word FAQ in the red bar that looks like this:

and then clicking on Troubleshooting and then Sound System.

Get familiar with the FAQ. It has a lot of good information in it.

What Briank doesn't mention is that the amps can be removed and repaired, and that he is able to repair them (as noted in his signature). Give him a try...
