Are you talking about 18" front and 18" rear?
If you don't want the front tires to rub on the fender liners, then use 215/35-18, which is the most popular 18" front size. Lots of folks stick to 17" front tires (215/40-17) and go 18" rear (255/35-18 or 265/35-18). These are the most popular sizes for aftermarket wheels on the NSX, and they won't rub or cause problems for the TCS. Depending on the aspect ratio you choose, anything much wider than that may cause problems not just with rubbing, but also for TCS. Only a tiny, tiny minority of owners go wider than 225 front 275 rear, except for a few who do so primarily for car shows.
