Stebro Exhaust good?

Personally, I think it sounds really tame.

Judging from the video it definitely ranks among the more silent systems available. Something for the older crowd maybe?

I say go with Taitec.

I don't see or hear $2500 in that system. Almost any aftermarket will weigh 30% less than OEM. The Ferrari design sticker imitates that Ferrari exhaust look. Go with the Tiatec.

They claim 17hp I have to ask, do you get any gains with after market exhaust alone? I know the headers give the Hp.

For that money go with GT Rom

Stebro is a well known company in the Ferrari aftermarket exhaust system market; they produce systems for 100's of cars, and their quality is top notch. Historically sound clips have proven to be bad indicators of an exhaust system's true output, so, given Stebro's reputation, I wouldn't easily dismiss this system.

I believe Stebro produced a 1-off for a local customer, than made a jig and produced this second copy; from what I remember, they have been trying to sell this exhaust for some time now, perhaps close to a year, with no takers... they have had it advertised for as low as $1800, and I recall exchanging some emails some time ago with their sales department, asking if a lower price were possible. It seems they are trying the opposite with their pricing stratgey ;)

It's an interesting option for exhaust; given the layout, I would expect it to sound similar to a flowmaster setup (which is one of the better nsx sounds), but with awesome proven build quality, great-looking tips, and a solid company backing up the system. I think this would be worth perhaps $1200, but not $2500... If it were possible to listen to the system in person, perhaps it would be easier to justify the higher price.
