I thought you're using the OEM tires in front, which are 215/45-16.

IS TIRE TREAD SAME? COMPOUND?
No and no.

The issue isn't the sizes, it's mixing different models of tire in front vs the rear, which is not recommended.

the Kumho 721 Supra
Still having trouble with numbers, huh?

It's the Kumho Ecsta 712 (not 721) Supra, and that is designed to be a
budget performance tire that will not handle or perform as well as the OEM tires. If you don't mind sacrificing performance on your expensive high-performance car in order to save a few bucks on tires, they may be fine -
for you. But they are not a good choice for any NSX owner who enjoys the higher performance and greater cornering feel of the OEM tires.
Dennis, just get another set of the 245/40-17 RE010 rear tires - they're the best choice
for you. And don't ask again!
