Wow, great film. With this video you can really see a lot of the track, nice.
I dropped by the Ring with the NSX last Monday afternoon for a couple of laps, beautiful sunny day, blue sky and lots of nice cars including a bunch of Nissan skylines from Britain.
Didn’t do quite as quick a lap as he did though…

Haha lifted at Flugplatz. Wuss. 
There's no regulation concerning helmets, the car just needs to be registered and therefor streetlegal. There's pretty much only one rule you need to obey, stay on the right side.
You can buy as much laps as you want, of course tickets get cheaper the more laps you buy, 8 laps ~130 euro, annual season-ticket ~1000 euro.

A few years ago it was €8 per lap, now it is €21 per lap. Man those guys have some business. I should buy stocks in it or something…
No marshals are on the circuit. It is considered a one-way road, a toll road.
All road rules apply.
So as Klayton said, WUSes like me (and that guy in the film:biggrin
that lift at Flugplatz have to stay to the right, (just like on the open road) if somebody faster wants to pass.
That means also in right hand corners, stay to the right. Simple.
I gotta admit, though, the vast majority of people there are good.
Cars have to have a motor too. Klayton forgot to mention that, but then, Klayton has a bicycle, so we forgive him.
Sometimes there are buses on the circuit, and I saw a pickup truck last time. But mostly you see only great cars and motorcycles there.
No bicycles though.
Oh, and Sabine is there, but you won’t see her. She is too fast.
