Any sort of plastic polish should do, just take care not to get it on the paint, and use a brush to get it out of the DOT markings afterward.
Also, and I don't know if this is something typically done with NSXs, but it's very common with Miata owners - you can shave the markings off if you don't need them for your state inspection or anything. Just sandpaper, increase the fineness (they go up to 3000 grit now), then plastic polish and wax if you like. Then re-install. It's a minute detail, but they say Jebus is in the details.
