last week I replaced my fuse 120watt because nothing in my car is working. After I replaced that the car working fine but my cluster light is not working same with taillight light. The only thing work in the back is signal light. Also the TCS, SRS, and ABS lights are all on. Can someone tell me what could be the problem?

A 120 watt fuse? I've never seen a fuse rated in watts but rather amps.
Exactly which fuse did you replace? Which fuse panel?
i had a similar problem. you have a short somewhere. You need the sevice manual and see the wiring schematics. Look at the wiring diagram for the items not working and follow the wires. You most likely have a pinch with a body panel or bumper or some part that moves with the wires. I found a pinched wire in the front passenger side bumper that kept blowing a fuse here and there. It would shut off about 5 devices including one of the rear tail lights and no cluster light. This would only happen when i turned the lights on.
Warren that sounds like exactly what I got right now Cluster light is not working and both taillights. The only thing workign in the back is signal light.
