tein coilover

For those of you that have tein, what have you set the ride height at. I want to drop the car about the same height as the eibach that I had, which is about 1.25 inches. I currently have the car on all 4 jacks with the teins installed and I wanted to know what some of your adjustments were and how much it lowered the car.

Unless someone have 1.25" drop and counts how many thread is left on each corner on their Tein CO perch there is no easy way to setup the height.

I just let the car down on its own weight.. see how much you need to raise or lower the car. Guest-imate. if you have one side correctly set.. count the thread and setup the other side.

even if you have the thread set exactly the same. you have to measure and fine adjust to get the exact height. Initial height adjustment is a pain but it is soooo worth it after.

look at it this way.. only with coilover can you adjust your car height exactly to measurement... also if you need to corner balance the car, coilover will help with that also along with moving weights around.

OH don't forget to get an alignment.
