I have tried a couple of lengthy posts after getting logged in, then I hit submit, then it says "Please log in". Then I lose the lengthy post that I just wrote. Any ideas?

Seems like your session had exired. Delete your NSX Prime cookie and accept a new one.

Has happened to me several times. I cut and paste before I post anything substantial now.

I have my response on Word. Just cut and paste from Word and put it into the thread? Is that how you do it Sahtt?

Are you using FF or IE?

Should be under Tools > Internet Options > Privacy and look for your NSXPrime cookie.
