Just wanted to post my experiences with Cliffud. I bought an HID kit with him and wasn't understanding the instructions. I called Cliffud on Saturday afternoon and he spent some time talking me through it. I told him I would call him back if I ran into any other problems, which I did an hour later. He walked me through everything and stayed on the phone the whole time will we troubleshooted and found the problem.
A big thumbs up for a great product back by EXCELLENT customer service.
