Has anyone here ever seen, driven or rode in one of these. I would love to check one out next time I am in California. I had a spin in the Tesla on my last trip out. I own stock in the company that builds the Hydrogen pumps as I think this just might catch on. I really like the idea and would love to get 15 minutes with someone who owns one of the FCX cars. As I have heard you can't own the Honda you must lease it.
Doesn't the thing come with some sort of home unit as well?
I believe that you're thinking of the natural gas Civic. You can get a home unit called PHIL that connects to your home natural gas line and you can plug your car in to refill.
I'm surprised there aren't more natural gas powered vehicles. Back in my logistics/distribution days I drove around tons of machinery that was nat gas powered.
AKA Forklift
Hehe, couldn't resist. :tongue::biggrin::tongue::biggrin:
Those were the most fun. No shame here. Whenever I'd help unload a truck while the guys were eating lunch or if I had to come in on the weekend I'd tell myself I wish I could find a job for 250k that just involved driving around forklifts. Mostly toyota products though, no Honda there.
