After the 5 min. it'll take to fix dave's car , driving through the 1/2 block they call "chinatown"

If you have your car:
Go for a drive down Groat Road into the River Valley and up into the University area. Repeat.

If you don't have your car:
Visit WEM while its still "The World's Largest Mall" because soon it won't be (Dubai Mall).

If neither appeal:
Drive to Calgary and visit Banff...haha.
