Thinking on Window Rail Grease

I don't think it is a bad idea as there should be no more heat in the linkage areas than what the window rail see. Since cleaning the tracks and using Honcho's recommended silicone grease, my windows have never gone up and down with such ease. Long term analysis.......we'll see.

Honcho's SuperLube PTFE silicone grease seems like a good alternative to the Urea grease I was going to use to rebuild my shifter linkages. You know... Those plastic pieces. Does anyone think this is a bad idea?
I used the PTFE on my shifter too when I rebuilt it for the AT-MT conversion. Shifts like buttah! :)
