Tilt Wheel? Or not?

I looked at a '99 NSX and its steering wheel would only telescope.

All of the ads I have seen for '98 say "tilt/telescoping". Did they stop tilting in '99, or is the '98 ad incorrect?

My 2000 has both tilt & telescoping, doubt they would have changed this.

The telescope should be on the left side of the driver while the tilt is the middle under the steering column and you pull up to tilt.

I think so, you can tilt it way down in which my legs can barely fit through or way up (since you are sitting so low, it feels like way high). It does the job.
