TSW Indy 500?

Can anyone advise whether this wheel will work without spacers or other alterations?

Vendors have eliminated a couple of brands such as Privat Reserv and I found members here that have that wheels and it fits and looks great.

I like the Indy wheel except for it is curved inward on the perimeter (convex?) but otherwise it is clean and had a nice lip.

Thanks.

Been down that route before, Don't buy cheap wheels for an exotic car like the nsx, Tried some R1 wheels very poor quality also needed spacers, Sent them back, Bought some volk GTCs love them no spacers needed. Made in japan just like the nsx, Not in tiawan like all the knock offs.

So TSWs are made in a low cost country?
Brings up a question as to any reasonably priced wheels made here? (I think HREs are pricey)

As far a fit and quality there are other TSW models on rides here that require no spacers.

You may be right but I'm just not in the mood to put an extra $1000 to $1500 in them when anyone not on this board could tell the difference in the brands.

What about Tire Rack. They have some BBS wheels. Only thing is I really like 5 spokes.

Here's the TSW Indy 500 pic:

Tire Rack is excellent There are some Enkie five spokes that look great, no spacers required, Enkie is a very good wheel. Talk to BJ at tire rack.

Only way to find out, buy em. Worst comes to worst, you buy a set of hubcentric spacers but you still end up with the wheels that you want.

Yeah a lot of people get a little snooty with stuff. I have TSW's on my BMW and my NSX and the fit/finish is GREAT, zero problems out of either of them, and the BMW ones garner a LOT of attention. People constantly ask what they are and speculate on the cost...

Yeah I've been looking at the Enkies at TR also.

Which TSW wheels do you have for each? Got pics?

How these slick TSW's? Not bad for cheap, I'd say.

Nice!

I got some info from TSW and they will fit with 40mm offsets according to them just like similar TSW wheels I've seen on here.

So I was about ready to consider the Indy 500 when I saw the new Ferrari concept (Enzo follower) and it has wheels similar to Advan T5 or model 5. I actually prefer the Indy due to the lip but I like the similar styling of the Advan to recent sport car entries such as aforementioned F-car, Z06, 911 turbo. Seems to be thing, these spit spoke wheels.
I also noticed the the Indy spokes spacing does not taper as most split spoke wheels do. This is a little ackward to me as they look blocky.

Anyone know the weights of 17/18 Advans? The TSW are heavy as expected for the price.

I actually got in an argument with someone from TSW. I asked them why they didn't post their wheels weights anywhere on their site and they chewed me out about how it doesn't matter and that people buying their wheels don't care. I decided right then that I'd never buy any of their stuff.
I think the real reason is that their wheels weighed more than the OE ones. No way in hell I was going to buy heavier wheels than what came on the car.

Anyway, I did find this..
17x8 +38mm (18.0lbs)
18x10 +42mm (20.6lbs)
