upgrade OEM caliper to 97 up .

Upgrade my 95 front brake set to 97 version .
I believe the 97up are bigger .....right?

Right. The caliper pistons are slightly larger diameter on the 97 setup.

Why bother upgrading to the 97 brakes at all??? If you want to upgrade go with the Tarox, AP, or Brembro packages. Mama always said if you're going to do something, do it right....

Upgrading to '97 calipers is pretty pointless. The only time I would consider it would be if I had to replace my existing calipers anyway and wanted to stay stock.

Upgrade your pads and rotors, that is where you'll see a benefit.

Save the caliper upgrade until you are ready to go aftermarket with a full big brake kit like AP, Brembo or TarOx.
