Will the Marga Hills scoop, (The part under the hood running air from the back of the radiator up through the hood) work with more vented hoods than just the Marga Hills Hood?

I don't recall these being sold separately or even being separate from the hood (unlike those for the NSX-R hood). The MH hood has a low seating scoop if I remember correctly.
Got a picture of the actual piece?
If it's similar to the NSX-R or SOS pieces then they may fit other hoods with minor, if any, modification.

I think the OP is referring to a separate piece (similar to the ones for the NSX-R hood) not attached to the hood but rather to the area underneath the hood (SOS/Procar/DR sell these pieces), known as a hood/radiator duct. Correct me if I'm wrong

I believe VIS just recently started selling that hood. The only other manufacturer that I know of is MH.
I'm sure the duct will work with the MH style hood but may need to be modified a little.

So you have the VIS NSX-R hood and the Downforce NSX-R hood vent? Have you installed the DF hood vent yet in conjunction with the VIS hood? If so does it fit? SOS mention that this "Please note: this product is for right hand drive NSX only."

A member on ebay (windycitynsx) was selling the internal marga hills duct, which is somewhat difficult to find... I have purchased from this seller before (seats), and shipping was fast... he has some nice parts (ritmo, marga hills, etc.)
The benefit of these ducts is they're sized to the hood they are intended to go with, so they seal off with the ventilation ducts... if you have a marga hills hood, get a marga hills duct, nsx-r, get a kite garage/downforce/etc. duct, the sos part didn't really fit into a specific category, and has been discontinued since they started carrying downforce products (including their hood duct).
If you have some kind of JGTC hood (louvers) this marga hills (or SOS style) duct might be more beneficial, but not on a nsx-r style hood.
