Water in plug socket

I have water accumulating around one cylinder plug drivers side (RHD)
towards the rear of the vehicle, there is only a small amount. After 4
weeks it creates a misfire. I think it could possibly be the inlet manifold
gasket or pouros head. Has anybody out there experienced this before.

I've heard something like this from my mechanic. He told me to be careful when washing the car. As water may get through rear hatch and drip onto the plug cover, seep thru and create the misfire. It happen to one of his customer.
