What OEM Auto wheels will bolt up correctly to a 1991 NSX?
Also, what is the >bolt pattern & offset< for a 1991 NSX?

Yes, i agree this question is strange and not typical. However, as I drive daily i see countless OEM wheels that i like on many makes & models of both Asian and non Asian cars. I am certain i can get a great deal on OEM Auto wheels, thus this is why i ask.

Will most 5 bolt Acura & Honda Wheels fit?..such as the NEW 03 RSX?

You will find the answer to that question in the NSX FAQ (answers to Frequently Asked Questions). You can access the FAQ by clicking on the word FAQ in the red bar at the top of your screen, the one that looks like this:

You must realize that most cars on the road have the same size wheel on the front and back. The NSX has a wider wheel in the rear, so not too many other OEM whels out there to choose from.

Yes TBELL you are correct...
As crazy as this may sound I am considering Porsche wheels. After learning that Porsche may use the same bolt pattern & similar offset. Also the Porsche has wider rear’s & 16s up to 19s. I currently have access to some 996 3 piece turbo twists, ill let everyone know what i find out & send pix.

Make sure, too, that you take into account the other differences between front and rear wheels. The NSX has different center bore sizes and most wheels for other cars don't. If yours don't, you'll need to get hubcentric rings to accommodate them. Also beware of offset differences, width differences, etc.
