WOW

Did you really put washers behind your wheels? If I could forbid you to drive with your car I would. And by the way I do..... (Although I cannot watch you from the Netherlands)

Please... Do a search. A lot of vendors will be found for these spacers.

Yeah, you need hub-centric spacers to carry the load. The lugs themselves are not built to do that, it's very unsafe - don't do it.

Here's the model of spacers you need (in the 1" variety):

DRM 25mm 5065700 Front 70.1CB
DRM 25mm 5065640 Rear 64.1CB

I recently bought them from OptionImports.com. They shipped them pretty fast. They do make the front tires rub when backing up while turning sharply.

Ken:
Make sure when you install the 5mm spacers that you have at least
7 full turns when you replace the lug nuts. If you can't then you must purchase longer bolts. Talk to Chris @ SOS.

anyone have a line 10 mm ?

If you do decide to use spacer, you really should go with longer hardened wheel studs. Otherwise, you will be left with too few threads on the OEM studs.

I only did this as a temp messure i'm not sure if i want to have 2 new centerhats made or use the spacers. this was due to a custom brake setup and only did it so i could put my car back together. its been down for just over one year. I had the motor built and a custom supercharger installed. we will start it up for the first time in the morning. running on a TEC-3

Well i just wanted to clear this up the spacer is not a wheel spacer. it is going in between the hub and the rotor to shim out the brake rotor. So i will just have to fabricate these unless someone has them?

Well I posted a reply, and it got deleted????? WTF???

My suggestion was to leave the rotor spacerless (thus having the rotor be mounted in correct OEM location), and re-mfg the caliper braket to move the caliper.

If I understand you correctly, you are NOT shimming on the lugs on the outside of the rotor to move the wheel.

It apparently wasn't deleted, it's still there (post no. 13) saying:
Now that you cleared that up......I would think that you should leave the rotor spacerless, and make a new bracket to move the caliper location instead.

Did you overlook it?

that is correct it has nothing at all to do with the wheel. if the rotor is rubbing the only way to correct it is to have it spaced out or have new rotor centers machined.they are 2 peice rotors. I did post a photo it was in the forum called intercooled blower.
