Where to get undercarriage steam cleaned or pressure washed?

I recently had a run-in (more appropriately "run over") with a car battery and I need to get the remaining brown battery residue pressure washed or steam cleaned off the bottom of the car. Ive already remove the easy stuff, so I need to find a shop with a lift and the ability to do a really thorough job.

Can anyone recommend a place in the Santa Clara / south bay area where I can get this done?

Call detailers, some of them do steam clean.
