Ok, so les (lmr) pm'ed me that i have 999 posts, and this one should be epic. It has gone back and fourth on whos faster. We could just race it out, but its more fun to go back on the mods lol. With that said, for those who know us, this should be intresting. I put this in the owner section since the more oppinions the better. Soooo,
Lmr's car has
Newer ctsc, b-line intake, ct headers, ct exhaust and performance wise thats all. He tells me he dynoed in at 361 whp if i remember correct.
Supersonic's car has
Whipple ctsc, ct headers, test pipes, pride exhaust and k&n drop in filter. My dyno was 349.6 whp i believe.
So roughly lmr has 11 more whp than me. The dyno used was one where you remove the rear wheels to get the closest whp possible.
Here is where for most of the socal section it has gotten fun and i would like to get some oppinions, strictly on theory, not just race since this is clearly good for laughs.
Imo im faster because of two major reasons
1. The tedt pipes dont hold me back on instant acceleration. No clogged cats.
2. And more importantly the dyno took off the wheels. Lmr has big xxr heavy wheels and the spare tire still in his car( i dont, thats what aaa is for lol). I figure with the weight of those items, mostly the momentum needed to turn his heavy wheels vs my light 02 bbs rims.
So. Like i said, i figured id get some good oppinions to kick off my 1000 post. All the boring att prime this is post 1000 is boring or which is faster nsx vs viper, psssshhhh. This is who is faster: Me or lmr. My 04 ctsc vs his 00 ctsc, my light weight loud as f**k car vs his heavy sleeper. So, who wants to start. I vote im faster.
