I love my milk freezing cold, but why is it that only white milk will get that cold and chocolate milk does not? Has anyone ever noticed this?

Nope haven't notice, but maybe it's because I mix hersey's into my milk

I haven't drank store bought chocolate milk in awhile:frown:

hmm maybe you need to put the chocolate milk in the freezer for an hour or so. I do hear what your saying tho. If both milks are kept at the same temp the regular milk does seem colder. Tell you the truth I never ever really thought about it till now.

I think it has to do with something in the chocolate milk that reduces it's thermal conductivity. So even if they are the same temperature, the regular milk will absorb heat more quickly from your mouth, making it feel colder.

Yeah I noticed that too, especially when you drink it right out of the jug!
