hmm maybe you need to put the chocolate milk in the freezer for an hour or so. I do hear what your saying tho. If both milks are kept at the same temp the regular milk does seem colder. Tell you the truth I never ever really thought about it till now.
I think it has to do with something in the chocolate milk that reduces it's thermal conductivity. So even if they are the same temperature, the regular milk will absorb heat more quickly from your mouth, making it feel colder.
