The Acura Division is part of American Honda, what Honda Motor Co. calls their marketing organization for the United States. The "NA" name is what European brands use for their North American operations (e.g. BMW NA).
I am not aware of anyone here who can help you with a warranty issue. The person to talk with is the one you're seeing Thursday.
