took the nsx in to my dealer to have my windows adjusted for the windnoise and now all that whooooooosssshiing noise is gone. Tom aka tomc92bb000059 *note, tom did all the work* helped me take out the door tracks and get them cleaned and re-lubed, fix my door light and my security light and after getting them back in, we couldn't get the window adjustments back right. So I took it in to the dealer to get them to do the adjustments and all is good now.

Tom if you see this post, you are awesome man! Thanks a million for your help over the weekend!

Was that done at Leith Acura in Cary? I have heard good things about their NSX service experience...

what was the cost on realigning and lubing the windows? i have WHOOSHING at 30mph+ - very annoying. the service manual length on this subject scared me into thinking this is going to be expensive to get rid of a whoosh :).

well to adjust my windows for both sides was 320'ish
but they didn't lube the door tracks. Tom and I did that part.

Yeah, I hate the fact that we couldn't get everything right. Still can't figure out where we went wrong, as we adjusted from both extremes. I guess they actually removed the weatherstrip like the manual says to do. Really glad to help a new owner, especially one in my neighborhood.

Now just check out my oil change post....Just glad you didn't read it prior to tearing your car apart.....:)

Again, no need to thank me, as we got some issues worked out on your ride, both times :), and I ended up with a great set of wheels and tires. Think I am going to pull the tint from my rear window and paint the coolant reservior black, in the next few weeks. This is assuming Candace will let me hang out in the garage even more, as I am in the process of doing some hoses and the water pump on the 944.

And Sjones has heard me rant about Leith, but I am glad they did you right this time.....

Whooshing at 30 MPH could mean a your windows are pretty far out of alignment.

Have you tried rolling up your windows all the way with the doors open and then closing the door? I've seen many NSXs where the window rolls up another 1/8" to 1/4" when the door is open vs. when the door is closed. This could help cure your low speed whooshing problem.
