i know, they are big, but i saw the IS-F wheels and loved the style, tthought it would be interesting to put them on the nsx....

the problem is the nsx is a lot smaller car compared to a is-f, gtr, or even a F430. you don't really notice the size difference until they are parked next to each other and then it is very obvious, even the size difference with the f430. for this reason, the 19" wheels look over the top on the nsx where on these other cars they look aggressive or sporty.

You could get them to fit (removing fender liners and what not). But based on the info you provided, I would say NO and heavily recommend against such a fitment.
