what do you guys buy for wiper replacements? OEM only or anything that fits?

On the NSX OEM rubber refills just make sure you save the metal spines from the old ones and put them in the new ones. Also Trico makes a OEM style refill that is cheaper that I use on my dally driver Accord which requires much more frequent replacment.

The stock rubber wiper blade inserts cost about four dollars per side, at your Acura dealer.
