He shouldn't be under police protection, he should be in jail.

i bet there's a ferrari-owning proctologist that'd be willing to give him a checkup for free :)

(otoh: oh the horror

dam, imagine walking out to your car to see some drunk kid pissing on it, id rearrange his face, then move on to his buddies

what a frekin idiot though, that is exactly why you cannot park anything decently nice in a public area

Why? :frown:

It is piss fellas. Acid rain is more damaging. The kid pissed on the wheel of the car- Which was left in a mall parking lot overnight covered by a tarp, and surrounded by caution tape? WTF is that? It isn't like he let go into the interior (in spite of his buddy the camera mans urging). Disrespectful? Yes. But he is a teenager- fun loving, rebellious, and flying in the face of authority. It isn't like he caused anyone any real harm.

This began as "ownage"- they tracked the kid down, and got him busted by the law. After that it became a bunch of egotistical adult children bullying a kid (and his employer) for doing what kids typically do, and not unlike the "Nick Thread" there comes a point when it goes too far. A bunch of keyboard toughguys disrupting this kids life, making threats toward his personal safety.

Had the owner caught the kid in the act, then I imagine the scene would have just played out, and it would have been over with.

Just my .02- it also appears the ADmin over @ F-chat agrees

We have shut down this 'Jerk Pees on a Ferrari' thread. It appears that the stupidity of a youth who urinated on a parked car, had it filmed, and then posted it to the Internet, may only be exceeded by the disproportionate response of some of the posters, including those who took it upon themselves to post information about him that was available elsewhere on the 'Net and others who made threats-- whether or not in jest-- about taking the law into their own hands, etc. We cannot condone or foster such behavior here. We trust that the youth who did the peeing will be appropriately dealt with by the authorities. No further postings, or the creation of any new threads, about this subject, will be tolerated. Folks who want to test that do so at the risk of a ban.

The internet,,,enter at your own risk.

"Why cover a car in a public lot with a tarp and caution tape anyway? I think if you do that you are asking to for it."
I guess the owner lost his keys in the theatre and was unable to move the car..hence the tarp and tape, I dont if he could or could not have had it towed or not...

I am not going to go so far as to say he was "asking for it". I can understand if he was concerned for the interior- is it a power top on the F360 spider?

As I see it no one in this situation deserved what they got. The kid broke the second rule of manhood-
1. Don't kick a guy in the balls
2. Don't mess with another man's car
3. Don't sleep with your bestfriends sister unless you intend to marry her.

STILL- what happened over there was an over reaction.

Yep. It's not like he was spamming his poker site or wasn't delivering his carbon fiber products as promised.

I disagree. I don't think personal threats on his life are necessary, but I think anything else to make his life hell are fair game. The problem is there are people like him all over. I like when someone gets caught like this they should be strung up for the masses to look at. I hope he and his dumb ass friends are fined by the authorities, fired from their crappy mall jobs for embarrassing the establishment where they work, and have some kind of reprimand from their school for running the name of their institution through the mud. Just my .02.

And P.S., I don't think the moderator of F-chat cares one way or another, but at some point you have to issue a statement disagreeing with any violence and bring it to a stop to save the face of your site. I doubt it's his personal feelings that made him lock the thread.

I think the guy that made up rule #3 should be kicked in the balls.

The owner lost his keys in the mall and was not able to obtain a new set of keys from Ferrari until after the weekend. Mall security offered to put it in a secure parking lot, but apparently the owner was concerned about damage when moving it, so he opted to get the tarp put on and the security tape around it. In hindsight, probably not the right move. Oh well.

First they are peeing on cars....next thing you know they are bold enough to keep step with you on your way home and ask you for your wallet. :frown:

You leave something nice laying around long enough and someone will f**k with it. Had it been a malibu, no one would even notice it.

The kid is a plumber apprentice. He works for a plumber. And those Ferrari numbnuts want to call his boss and bitch about how one of his employees pissed on a rich man's Ferrari.

$50 says the "boss" laughs his ass off and high fives the kid for pissing on a Ferrari. Any takers?

Haha! Stupid Ferrari douches reinforcing that very perception...

well, at the end of the day, i think its safe to say the kid probably wont be pissing on any ferraris and video taping it and putting it on youtube anymore
