WTB: Looking for 18" Tires - 245/255 and 295/305

I am looking for some street or r-comp tires for sale.

Looking for something around 245-255/35/18 and 295-305/30/18 as well. Both in 18" wheel sizes.

I am located around the OC area, so if you are close, then that's even better.
