WTB OEM front lip

If by clips you mean the silver nuts that clip over the mounting holes, the part # is 90305-SH3-000. The black bolts that fit them & have the thicker section extending about 1/4 inch down from the backside of the head are 90111-SM4-003. Incidently, these are the same ones that hold the front license plate bracket onto the underside of the front bumper. Any Honda/Acura dealer will have them but they aren't cheap. I paid $2.50 each for the nuts & $1.60 for the bolts. And that was a good price. Local guy wanted ~$4 each. Hope this helps a little.
