As I understand it, the new Elise will be equipped with 'Elise specific' Yokohama Neovas. Does that mean we will gain access to these tires (and their entire line of sizes) directly through Tirerack (and DTD) upon the official release of the Elise?

Not necessarily. They (Yokohama's U.S. marketing organization) could easily decide to make available only the sizes that fit the Elise, and not other sizes that are sold elsewhere in the world.
