Hi everyone, I have been a long time reader of this site and long for a nsx of my own. There is one on ebay right now that I would like to purchase, but it is in Florida and I live in California. If anyone lives by Winter Park, Florida, could you please take a look at it and test drive it for me. I am unsure about the zanardi's ride compared to that of a regular nsx and would like to know the condition of theirs before I bid. It says the car has "existing warranty." With the mods wouldn't it be null?
Mods don't nullify a warranty. The warranty remains in effect. However, the warranty doesn't cover any damage that is caused by the mods.
For example, if the stereo amp failed, it would still be covered. But if the transmission fails, and it's determined that the mods created more power than the transmission was designed to handle, it wouldn't be covered. The determination process is tricky and you may be stuck with whatever Acura decides.

Carfax report looks good. Appears to be
a one owner Florida car. Only one title
issued in 1999. No issues.
