I think everyone should watch this video...if you've seen the first one, this one is just as upsetting.

<embed id="VideoPlayback" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docid=7065205277695921912&hl=en&fs=true" style="width:400px;height:326px" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"> </embed>

Vance, you have a ton of time on your hands, please take a look.

(I don't necessarily agree with everything in this video, but it's extremely interesting and should be seen by all. 30mins in gets really good with the "economic hitman")

Awesome! Now I have another zeitgeist video to distract my art teacher with next week! No work for the week! Thanks! BTW.... I don't have time to watch it right now, but what are the items of debate in this one?

The manner by which the WTC collapsed in the first film is quite bothersome because it makes a lot of sense. Any structural engineers or demolition experts here?

Regards,

Danny

Well just watched the whole thing.. very interesting. Anyone got the link to the first one? Got another hour of servitude to the corporations that run our country to perform...

When I first saw this title, I thought that the Smashing Pumpkins released a new song that wasn't on their last album. Boy am I stupid. I'll have to watch this when I get some time.

I've seen different segments from the whole thing here and there
many times, but this is the first time I get to see Jiddu Krishnamurti
talk in the opening scene. Nice

There is some worthy material in those films and like you Danny, I had my concerns.

You should sleep easier knowing that zero structural engineering firms or demolition firms think the WTC collapse was through demolition. I looked around, and around, and around. Not as bad as "loose change" which is almost entirely bias and pervision of facts/situations, but not entirely "true" either.

By the way the "money is debt" videos (you'll know you have the right ones because they are long as HELL because economists are always extremely thorough) are also very insightful.

The same thing happened after the Oklahoma City bombing. There are videos out there showing how and why it did collapse without any help other than the 1 bomb out on the street.

Thanks for the heads up, the first one was great.

Very interesting film, but I wonder about the truth of the assumption underlying the philosophy. On our planet, is there truly an abundance of resources for all of mankind to never want for more? If not, are desire and greed only learned behaviors or are they innate?

Or am I thinking too small, and I should include the resources of the entire universe that we have yet to tap into because we don't yet have the technology?

You have to consider the catalyst that would be required to transform humans to move from the current materialistic society to what this film proposes. It would have to be something cataclysmic. In that way, it's sort of analogous to the prophecies of end times and rapture, etc., leading to everlasting peace. Scary thoughts.
