Makes you wonder if there's any damage under that plasti-dip. No one will ever know for sure until they buy it and peel it off.

Will definitely be worth it to pony up for a compression/leak-down test on that one. They also didn't mention anything about how the snap-ring looks. In fact, very little info at all. Guess they have a lot of time on their hands to entertain all the (legitimately interested) tire-kickers.
