HELP-NSX NA1 91 cluster is faulty?

My NSX NA1 91 JDM's cluster is not working well. RPM is not working sometimes and speedo is acting like crazy by moving up and down even you are driving at constant speed! After that, it follows with EPS failure! Guys, you have any idea whats going on? Is it the ECU problem or the Cluster? I have to reset the EPS by taking off the Clock jumper (learnt from Forum). But its very embarrassing to do it when others are looking at your car!

Did you change the gauge faces or pull the needles?
