While I’d like an update, especially the touchscreen, audio, and battery, it is quite satisfying to see P deliver inferior performance for high dollar nearly 10 years late. Probably with a rougher ride too. But livelier handling and steering feedback, and a backseat…hmmm choices
Having had a V10 in an Audi S6, and a Gallardo, I don’t miss the sound. One exception might be the throttle blip on downshift in the latter. I would, however look to a modern turbo S to get a backseat and be back under warranty, as well as a little better steering feel and acceleration… shame...
Loud or quiet compared to what? Sport mode will get attention from underpaid guys in uniform. I particularly like the resonant gong on upshift. Sure it’s no 458…but stealthy torque is also fun.
The audio in my 17 doesn’t suit me and I’m getting weary of the ceramic brake feel in my dirty cold climate. Paint is dull. Sucks having one of they best cars and no way to trade up ;)
I’m thinking of upgrading my 2017 NSX to a type S as I am not sure I can stomach another 911 and don’t love my current options package. Wife not pleased I’d be in twice as deep though (paid 140).
Pfizer series, then bivalent booster when it first came out. Nothing since. I developed peripheral neuropathy interestingly a couple months before covid hit the news. One suspicious illness during which I didn’t get tested. One close exposure and tested neg. Enough kids back to school virions...
Keeping mine past warranty. Delightful so far. Bit of longing for a new turbo s but poor value high depreciation and deafening chop on our winter roads.
Keeping mine. 2017. Just incredible so far. Driving in WI winter but not daily. Bit of longing for a new turbo s but I’d be trading it for the next new thing at great depreciation and poor initial value.
