Car also has rear window tint. Black plate frame from a auto dealer around the plate. CA plate starts with 5.

What excuse do they have for driving it when they should be WORKING ON IT?? Will the owner not notice another 1,000 miles on there?

Saw the car again yesterday. Still at the same place. The full stereo is done. Has new HRE 19s on there with new tires. 7K$ for the wheel/tire setup.
