For those wanting to know what this was about, Chevy is considering a mid-engined C8. see pics and read about it here:

My letter mentioned that:
- it reminded me of the NSX
- I wished Honda had taken a similar path (to update the NSX instead of stopping production)
- they need to drop the twin-turbo V-6 idea because
1. Americans wont accept a Vette without a V-8
2. The world won't accept it as a 'true supercar' with a V-6

I figured some of my NSX mates would take exception to that final statement ... which isn't a dig against our beloved NSX

Anyway, it was cool to be back in AW. I've made the letters section about 7 or 8 times now in the past decade and am always pleased when I get a chance to voice my opinion.
