Yes; this is a exact replica the only difference is in the picture below.

The real TAITEC wing this part is made of polished steel instead of carbon fiber. Both of the wings (Original & Replica) weight almost the same I can't really tell the difference.

Yes the wing bolts into your existing factory holes so there is no drilling or cutting involved and I just posted up some pictures of the original wing from TAITEC on my old NSX and the replica wing on my old NSX Widebody.
